"Investing in voices destined to be heard." - Hilton Petersen

Project H is a purpose-driven artist development platform created by Hilton Petersen, Founder of Collective Records.
Designed as a help-up, not a handout, Project H exists to identify, nurture, and amplify independent and homegrown artists who carry both talent and purpose — without requiring a traditional record deal Project H Profile.
Rooted in the same heart that birthed The Jesus Collective, Project H reflects a deep conviction: not every artist needs to be signed, but every artist with a calling deserves access, guidance, and opportunity
Project H is not a one-size-fits-all programme.
Each artist journey is tailored individually, shaped around where the artist is, what they need, and where they are called to go. Support may include mentorship, creative collaboration, performance platforms, visibility, or strategic development — always aligned with the artist’s season and potential.
Artists under Project H remain independent, while benefiting from Collective Records’ ecosystem, relationships, and experience Project H Profile.
This approach allows artists to grow authentically, without pressure to conform to a commercial mould.
Project H was born from Hilton Petersen’s own journey — growing up in a tin shack, learning firsthand how a single opportunity, belief, or platform can change the course of a life Project H Profile.
It is built on the belief that unity, worship, and community can open doors — and that investing in people is the most powerful form of legacy Project H Profile.
Project H exists to give back, to invest forward, and to help artists rise with dignity.

Project H sits alongside Collective Records’ signed artist roster as a development and discovery pathway.
Some Project H artists may one day move into formal label partnerships. Others may simply be strengthened, equipped, and released to thrive independently. Both outcomes are considered success.
At its core, Project H is about stewardship — recognising potential, walking alongside it, and helping it rise.
